The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), released four videos in the past 24 hours depicting their operations against Israeli soldiers who have infiltrated Gaza.
One video shows intense clashes and targeting of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles. Another clip, captured from inside an Israeli armored vehicle, shows the incursion of one of the soldiers' cameras. A third video presents a meticulously set ambush for officers and soldiers in a tunnel in the Sheikh Radwan district, followed by footage of the ensuing engagement and neutralization of the forces.
These four videos, published by the Al-Qassam Media Office, spread rapidly like wildfire across social platforms and have seen significant engagement from followers. Social media users stated that these new videos reflect the extent of the Palestinian resistance's field control during the battle and also highlight the tactical leadership of Al-Qassam's commanders and other Palestinian factions.
Some bloggers commented that the Al-Qassam Brigades are a reference in psychological warfare, as each video they release aims to demoralize Israeli soldiers.
Other commenters noted that the latest videos are among the most critical content Al-Qassam has released since the Israeli army began its incursion, considering them a crippling blow to Israeli intelligence agencies (Mossad and Shin Bet), showing how the fighters carefully select their targets, and indicating their knowledge of the locations of officers and officials on the battleground.
Followers also pointed out that Al-Qassam consistently debunks the Israeli narrative claiming the elimination of the resistance and destroying the capabilities of Palestinian factions in Gaza. But this time, Al-Qassam published four videos in just 24 hours showing battles across different areas of the Gaza Strip.
Some activists mentioned that the recent surge in videos published by the Al-Qassam Media Office demonstrates the significant losses sustained by the Israeli army infiltrating Gaza.
Social media audiences were also struck by the noticeable improvement in the quality of Al-Qassam's videos, which indicates that they have ample time and resources to design clips and images professionally. They also have the capability for precise enemy surveillance from between the apartments in buildings and oversee the enemy's positioning from above in an organized and professional manner, contrasting with the random footage released by the Israeli army.
Observers considered the breach of an Israeli soldier's camera inside his tank to be one of the strongest segments broadcasted by Al-Qassam, indicating their significant progress in cyber warfare as well.
According to the latest reports from the Israeli army, the number of injured among their soldiers and officers has risen to 1,042 since their ground attack on Gaza on October 27, 228 of whom are seriously wounded. The total number of injuries since the outbreak of the war on October 7 stands at 2,438.
Regarding fatalities, Israeli soldiers and officers killed in action have reached 510 since the war began, with approximately 180 of those fatalities since the ground offensive started.
