Last night and throughout Monday, at least 200 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli strikes targeting Al-Shifa Medical Complex and neighborhoods in Gaza City, Jabalia, and the Nuseirat refugee camp. Meanwhile, Israeli forces continued their siege on Al-Awda Hospital and arrested its director.
Munir al-Barsh, the Director General of the Gaza Health Ministry, told Al Jazeera that over a hundred martyrs fell in Jabalia alone, in the northern part of the Strip, due to the continuous Israeli bombardment of the area. He added that the strikes also resulted in 20 injuries, with another hundred individuals still under the rubble.
A correspondent from Al Jazeera reported the martyrdom of 26 displaced individuals as a result of the Israeli army's bombardment of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, stating that the Strip's largest medical complex was targeted three times this morning and is experiencing ongoing gunfire.
The correspondent also noted that Israeli forces are besieging a cluster of schools housing a large number of displaced people in Gaza City's Rimal neighborhood.
Earlier, the correspondent reported the martyrdom of 54 Palestinians in Israeli strikes on the Sabra neighborhood and Sheikh Radwan and Rimal areas in Gaza City.
At least 25 Palestinians were martyred and dozens injured in Israeli bombardment targeting houses in the Nuseirat refugee camp located in the central part of the Strip.

In a related context, the Al-Awda Health and Community Association condemned the arrest of 21 medical staff members working at Al-Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip by occupation forces, following a 12-day siege of the hospital.
According to a statement from the association, the occupation released the detainees after three hours; however, Dr. Ahmed Muhanna, the hospital's director, remains in custody.
The association denounced the arrest and intimidation of its staff members and called upon the International Red Cross, World Health Organization, and international institutions to pressure the occupation for the immediate release of the hospital's director and to provide necessary protection for the medical teams inside Al-Awda Hospital and the patients trapped without food, water, or electricity.
Since the onset of its war on Gaza, Israel has targeted hospitals and medical facilities, bombing and raiding them, and destroying their infrastructure, resulting in hundreds of martyrs among patients, the injured, and displaced individuals seeking refuge from the Israeli bombing of their homes.
The Israeli aggression on the Strip continues into its 73rd day, leaving close to 19,000 martyrs and more than 51,000 injured, most of whom are women and children, alongside considerable destruction of residential buildings, vital facilities, and hospitals.
