Renewed Protests Erupt in European Cities Deploring Israeli Aggression on Gaza

Renewed protests erupted in various European cities on Wednesday evening, denouncing the ongoing Israeli offensive on Gaza that started on October 7th. The attacks have thus far resulted in the death of 20,000 martyrs, most of whom are women and children.

The demonstrators called for an end to the devastating war on Gaza, expressing their support for the Palestinian people’s aspirations for freedom and independence.

In Rotterdam, the Netherlands, activists organized a solidarity event for the children of Gaza, where 7,000 have been martyred due to the Israeli aggression. Activists placed hundreds of children’s shoes on the ground as a gesture of solidarity with the Palestinian children, whose clothes and toys remain as testimony to lives that were cut short by Israeli bombs.

A large protest took place in the capital city of Copenhagen, Denmark, in support of Gaza and Palestine. The demonstration was organized by Danish associations in cooperation with Palestinian associations, institutions, and active members.

The demonstrators waved Palestinian flags and called for the cessation of Israeli aggression on Gaza. They chanted slogans condemning Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the killing of children in Gaza.

Similarly, a large rally was held in Aarhus, Denmark, in support of the Gaza Strip against Israeli aggression. The protestors bore Palestinian flags and chanted slogans such as “Freedom for Palestine,” “Do not cry, Gaza,” and “Palestine will not die.”

In Madrid, the capital of Spain, protestors gathered in front of the Parliament demanding the severance of relations with Israel, the imposition of economic sanctions, and a ban on weapons sales to the country.

The protest saw the participation of a group of Spanish parliamentarians, and various media outlets attended to cover the event.
