Guinea Bissau's coach, Basiro Cande, has unveiled the final squad set to take part in the African Cup of Nations football tournament, hosted by Ivory Coast from January 13th to February 11th.
The "Djurtus" are hoping to make a significant impact in their fourth consecutive appearance at the "AFCON" by progressing beyond the group stages for the first time, following their past failures in the 2017, 2019, and 2021 editions of the tournament.
Guinea Bissau will compete in the finals within Group A, alongside the teams of Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, and Ivory Coast, the host nation of the championship.
