Mozilla has released the new version 122 of its popular Firefox browser, which is available for “Microsoft Windows,” “Apple macOS,” and “Linux,” according to the German news agency.

The American company explained that the new version 122 addresses several security vulnerabilities, two of which were described as serious.

In addition to fixing security vulnerabilities, version 122 also introduces some new features, including displaying images and descriptions when searching in the browser’s address bar, provided that the search engine used supports this feature.

Password Keys

The browser also offers the password keys function, which allows logging in without a password using fingerprint or facial recognition on smartphones or using security keys.

Firefox 122 now provides support for password keys relying on operating system solutions such as “Microsoft Windows Hello” or “Apple iCloud Keychain.”

Translation Adjustment

Mozilla has also made relatively new translation adjustments to work more stable by fixing issues related to content disappearance or malfunctioning interactive tools.

Firefox 122 can also utilize artificial intelligence to detect potential fake reviews on Amazon, although this feature is still in a trial phase and not available as a standard feature.
