## Occupation Forces Raid Nablus City
The Al Jazeera correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces raided the city of Nablus tonight, following hours of incursions and arrests in several areas of the West Bank.
The occupation forces stormed the neighborhoods of Ras Al-Ain and Al-Qaryoun, set up checkpoints, detained several young men, searched and checked their identities. Additionally, an additional infantry force was seen raiding the neighborhoods of Al-Atat and Bab Al-Sahhah inside the old town of the city.
Since the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation on October 7th and the subsequent Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the occupation army has been carrying out daily raids on West Bank cities, accompanied by the arrest of Palestinian youth.
On Saturday, the occupation forces stormed the towns of Al-Khader and Husan south and west of Bethlehem in the West Bank, where they launched a campaign of arrests in Al-Khader and raided several homes, as well as fired tear gas and sound bombs in Husan, raided homes, and conducted patrols in the town amidst confrontations.
Furthermore, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 3 Palestinian youths in the town of Beitta south of Nablus city in the West Bank and assaulted them during clashes that broke out as Israeli military vehicles stormed the town.
The occupation raids also targeted the town of Arraba southwest of the city of Jenin in the West Bank, as well as the town of Salem east of Nablus city, where a checkpoint was set up in the town center, and several young men were detained and interrogated.
Confrontations between Palestinians and the occupation forces erupted during the occupation of the town of Qafeen north of the city of Tulkarm, with the forces launching tear gas and sound bombs before withdrawing from the town.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club reported on Saturday that the number of Palestinians detained by the occupation in the West Bank since last October 7th has reached 6500 prisoners.
Leahy Law
On another note, the “Israel Today” newspaper quoted informed sources as confirming that the United States has requested urgent answers from Israel regarding a series of incidents in the West Bank, in which the Israeli army may have violated the Leahy Law.
According to these sources, if the answers are not satisfactory to the United States, this means, according to the Leahy Law, that the Israeli forces operating in the West Bank may not receive American security assistance.
The Leahy Law, enacted by the American Congress in 1997, prohibits the United States government from providing financial support or aid to foreign forces involved in grave human rights violations.
