Occupation Commits New Massacres in Rafah, Snipers Target Displaced in Khan Younis

The Israeli occupation army committed new massacres in Gaza late on Wednesday evening, as reported by Al Jazeera correspondent. The attacks resulted in the martyrdom of 14 Palestinians, including 5 children, and the injury of dozens in Israeli shelling targeting two houses in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip. Other casualties occurred in the shelling of Deir al-Balah, while snipers from the occupation army targeted displaced persons in the vicinity of the Nasser medical complex in Khan Younis.

The martyrs and the wounded were transferred to Kuwaiti Hospital, with local sources stating that the targeted houses were near the Abu al-Sa’eed junction in Tal al-Sultan and the Saud neighborhood west of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, as reported by Wafa News Agency. Additionally, a Palestinian was martyred and others were injured in the shelling of a civilian car in the Shaboura camp in the center of Rafah.

Three Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in a shelling that targeted a house in the Salam neighborhood in western Deir al-Balah in central Gaza Strip. Al Jazeera correspondent reported the arrival of the martyrs’ bodies and the wounded to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Meanwhile, Al Jazeera obtained exclusive images from the vicinity of the Nasser medical complex in Khan Younis showing the continuation of aerial bombardments and artillery shelling on civilians’ homes around the hospital, as well as snipers targeting civilians in the area.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that Israeli occupation forces committed 16 massacres against families in the past 24 hours in Gaza, resulting in 123 martyrs and 169 wounded.

Consequently, the death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 7 last year has risen to 27,708 martyrs and over 67,000 wounded.
